Any founder can apply. We curate a group of like-minded, ambitious founders, so a referral from an Uplift alumni or current founder goes a long way. Mention who referred you in your application.
You can, and most founders do their most focused work of the quarter here. Every day has a protected deep-work block with fast wifi and quiet corners, so if you're mid-raise or in a hot phase, this is the ideal place to make progress: full board, zero logistics, and founders in flow around you. Everything outside deep work (the 1:1s, the sports, the evening input) is optional.
5 nights accommodation in shared rooms, all meals, workshop materials, movement sessions, and the full program. Flights are not included.
Mornings start with movement and breathwork. Then deep work sessions: strategy workshops, peer coaching rounds, and hot seat formats. Afternoons mix focused work with free time. Evenings are for real conversations over dinner. No panels, no keynotes, no networking small talk.
Fly to Tenerife South (TFS). We organize a shared transfer to the location. Most flights from European cities are 4 to 5 hours and affordable if booked early.
