This is a tool we developed from thousands of sessions to uncover hidden blind spots in both the founder and the business.

Each month we also make space for a few single “Uplift Shift Sessions” with Yannick or Till. These are 60 minutes where you immediately get clarity on how to grow yourself as a founder or move your business forward.

After the session, when both sides feel there is a good match, there are two ways to continue.

The first is the lighter mode, the Clarity Program. We meet bi-weekly for 60 minutes, fully synchronous. This creates a reflection system for sharper decisions and steady progress.

The second is the intense mode, the Series A Co-Pilot. Here we work side by side on strategy, hiring, and fundraising with weekly sessions plus async support. This is hands-on and limited to a few founders at a time.

In both modes we work at the intersection of the inner game of the founder and the outer game of the business, because you cannot scale one without the other.

We usually work with seed founders who have raised around one million and are on a clear path to Series A. That’s where the pressure is highest and the right moves matter most.

We also work with bootstrapped founders who are not on the VC path but are reaching the same level of traction and facing the same challenges. The stage is less about funding structure and more about the founder and the business growing fast at the same time.

The founders we choose to work with are ambitious, want to build something meaningful, and are willing to be challenged. They are open to going deeper on themselves, not just the business. And just as important, they are people we genuinely enjoy working with.

At this stage, many feel they are in the middle of a shift. From being the founder who did everything themselves to becoming the leader of an organization. That’s one of the hardest transitions, and it’s where we focus our work.

In Co-Pilot mode we usually work with the full founder team, and at times also with key leaders like VPs. To make this mode work, we need commitment from the entire founder team.

The Clarity Program can also be done by a single founder. It’s a lighter format that gives one founder a regular reflection system for sharper decisions without involving the full team.

Everything starts with the founder audit. It gives us a clear picture of your strengths, risks, and blind spots. That way we don’t just guess what to work on, we see it.

From there the results take two forms.

On the business side it often means sharper strategy, hiring stronger people, and telling a clearer story to investors. Many founders use our work to speed up their fundraising, avoid a wrong hire, or finally align their team behind the same priorities.

On the founder side the results show up as more clarity, better decisions, and steadier energy. You waste less time second-guessing and put your focus where it matters.

We don’t promise you will raise a round or hit a certain revenue number. (Be careful if someone does so.) Too many factors are outside our control. What we can say is that our support raises the odds and shortens the time it takes.

The clarity program equals only a few days of your runway for a full year of support. The co-pilot is a bigger commitment, closer to weeks of runway, but it should never be months.

We always want the trade to be a net positive. You’re not just buying time with us. You’re trading a few days or weeks of runway for higher odds of reaching Series A faster and with fewer scars. That’s a trade we would make ourselves.

We’re founders too. We know what it feels like to look at the burn rate and wonder if outside support is worth it. That’s why we’ve built our offers so they never tip the scales against you.

Every founder starts with an Uplift Shift Session. It’s one hour and €300. The reason it’s paid is simple: commitment matters. When you invest, you show up fully, and we do the same. If we continue, the fee is credited toward your investment. If we don’t, you still leave with clarity on your next steps. Either way, it’s never wasted.

We know your calendar is already packed. That’s why our support is designed to give you leverage, not more meetings. Every session should pay back in time and clarity. You step in with noise, you step out with signal.

The clarity program is one 60-minute session every two weeks. That rhythm builds a reflection system and sharper decisions without weighing you down.

The co-pilot mode is more hands-on but still flexible. We invest up to twelve hours a month into your business (most of it without needing you present). That includes working on docs, slides, sheets, hiring prep, or investor conversations. Your live (sync) time with us is usually about one hour a week. The rest happens async so you get leverage without losing focus. Our role is to reduce noise, sharpen signal, and make sure you stay on top of things while we carry part of the load.

Startups move fast. What you need this quarter might not be what you need next quarter. That’s why we built flexibility into the way we work.

If you begin with the Clarity Program and later realize you need more hands-on help, you can switch into Co-Pilot. Whatever you already invested in Clarity gets credited toward the upgrade.

If you start with Co-Pilot and want to step down the intensity, you can move into Clarity without extra costs. You just continue with lighter support and a bi-weekly rhythm.

The idea is simple. Support should adapt to your stage, not the other way around.

Most coaching is either mindset only or business only. We always work on both at once. The inner game of the founder and the outer game of the business feed each other.

We don’t stop at reflection or advice. In Co-Pilot mode we actually roll up our sleeves. That means working with you on pitch decks, hiring plans, investor conversations, and execution systems. You get both perspective and practical leverage.

We also work with the founder team, not just one person, when it comes to scaling. That way strategy and leadership are aligned across the people who matter most.

And one more difference. We know what it’s like to sit in your seat and we’ve supported hundreds of founders and raised with top tier VCs. So everything we do is tested in the real world, not theory.

Most of our work happens online, usually on Zoom. That way we can stay close to you no matter where you are. We work with founders in Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, Zurich, London and many other cities.

But we also believe strong relationships matter. If it makes sense and we can plan ahead, we try to meet in person. We’re based in Stuttgart, Germany, and travel when it fits.

We don’t. We believe the founder is the real expert in their field. Our role is not to teach you your market or model. Our role is to enable you to think sharper, make stronger decisions, and grow as a leader so you can scale what you already know best.
